I am with the Joint Center for SCDM, NIT, Zhejiang University, and Chairperson of the Board at Jiangsu JingJing New Material Co., Ltd. I am the recipient of Natural Science Award of Zhejiang Province, Educational Science Research Award of Zhejiang Province, the 151 Talented Scholar of Zhejiang Province, National Intelligent Innovation Robotic Competion Award in China, Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Students Abroad, 100 Talented Scheme of Suqian City in China, and Vitctoria University Scholarship Award.

I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Victoria University. I was a research fellow at RMIT University and sessional lecturer at Victoria University, Australia.

I received a number of research awards and grants including: National Nature Science Fund, National Overseas Scholars’ Fund, Provincial Natural and Social Science Fund, Ministry of Education Social Science Fund, etc. I have been the editors of several journals including Web Intelligence, Mathematics, Journal of Internet Technology, etc.
