Little Tigers Foundation is a registered Australian charity organisation, which is now in the process of registering as a foreign NGO in Vietnam. Little Tigers was founded in February 2010 and our vision is to assist in improving the welfare of the many orphans and vulnerable children in Vietnam.

A strong commitment was made to ensure that as many as possible of these children would be assisted so that they can realise their potential in life.

Little Tigers depends on the generous donations of individuals and businesses, as well as volunteers and supporters, to carry out its work.

School Fee Subsidies in VN

In September, the VN Government has issued a new policy whereby Vietnamese children over the age of 3 years will be granted free education. This is great news as it will mean that Little Tigers will no longer need to pay school fees for the older children at the Sung Nghiem orphanage.

Little Tigers will now subsidize for the children's lunch fees and pay school tuition for the 3 younger children at Sung Nghiem orphanage.

Quiz Night raised 10.5 Million VND For Little Tigers

Thank you very much to Jaspas, the Hanoi Rugby Union Club, the Viet Celts Gaelic Football Club and Vietnam Swans AFL Club for hosting and organizing the highly successful Quiz Night where profits were donated to charity.

Little Tigers is honored to be one of the beneficiary. This money will go a long, long way in supporting our projects.

A special 'Thank you' to Mr. Jamie Hills (Jaspas), Mr. David Diviny (Vietnam Swans) and Jim Kiernan (Viet Celts) for taking part in the organizing committee and for the many generous donations that were made for the event.

UNIS supporting Little Tigers' Project

Little Tigers is pleased to announce that the United Nation International School (UNIS) will support and cooperate with Little Tigers in providing educational and fun activities for the many disadvantaged children at the Chuc Son Centre.

Students and staff at UNIS will accompany Little Tigers volunteers in carrying out these activities like ball games, art/craft etc.. once a month.

Through these activities we hope to alleviate some of the boredom that the children at Chuc Son experience in their daily lives. It will allow them to interact and enjoy the company of students from a foreign school, whilst at the same time encourage the students at UNIS to embrace diversity and acceptance.

September 1, 2011We are happy to announce that Ms. Jacqueline has accepted to become a permanent supporter of Little Tigers and will donate her time to all future events involving face painting.
