Writer of short fiction and poetry

Hannah was born and grew up in a small village in the Yorkshire Dales. She studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, graduating with an MSci in Experimental and Theoretical Physics. She started a PhD in Elementary Particle Theory at the University of Durham, but left to become a freelance writer and editor in 2011. Since then, Hannah has edited academic papers for scientists, researched everything from cybersecurity to dental health, and created thousands of pages of content to help companies get noticed online.

Throughout her life, Hannah has been an avid reader of fiction. In 2016, she decided it was finally time to get serious about writing her own stories and joined the online writing community Scribophile. Since then, she has learned a lot about fiction writing and created dozens of short stories and flash fiction pieces that she hopes will be published soon.
