We will be having regular planning meetings over the next few months before the party. Your attendance at these meetings would be such a huge help as we continue to finalize all the details.
Mission: To provide a fun and safe place for our senior students to celebrate their graduation so they are not elsewhere endangering themselves or others.

Committee Items and Responsibilities
Planning Committee Chair: Elizabeth Smith and Allyson Maki
Organize and schedule meetings; Coordinate with HHS office staff (Tory Christensen) to send automated phone messages to all senior parents; Coordinate with counselor or senior class advisor on scholarship ticket needs of graduating seniors; work with Treasurer to establish budget.
Treasurer: Brenda Buckley
Help establish budge, work with co-chairs to select insurance company, handle deposits and pay bills.
Ticket Sales: Joani Teixeira, Joy Heid and Dawn Ramsay
Oversee sales, schedule parent volunteers to sell tickets during lunches and track attendance.
Fundraiser Chair: Joy Heid
Develop fundraising plan for our Hanging Basket Fundraiser this spring 2015.
Plan menu, obtain donations and purchase added supplies, coordinate serving and general supervision of deli area.
Determine theme and decorate cafe/food area. Make directional signs for inside CBRC for the night of the party.
Ensure casino equipment and gambling license are arranged, organize pick-up and set-up and clean-up of equipment, coordinate volunteers for casino area for night of party, work with prize committee for casino prizes.
Establish contact with entertainment, i.e., hypnotist, magician, etc., determine needs for entertainment, such as space, equipment, and communicate number of chaperone/volunteers needed to the volunteer chair.

Prizes/Donations: Marilyn Quadrel, Beth Phillips
Solicit prizes and donations to support activities for the party, keep records of contributors to be published in Thank You ad in the Tri-City Herald and Hanford High publications; purchase prizes, and coordinate storage of prizes.
Communications: Joy Heid and Joani Teixeira
Advertise meetings, ticket sales, fundraisers in school publications: Falcon Report, Bulletin, Readerboard; coordinate with President and HHS Staff to send automated phone messages to all senior parents; work w/ committee chairs to update website, send monthly consolidated email updates, facebook posts, etc.
Photos & Photo booths
Coordinate people to capture shots of party and/or graduation week activities and put on online gallery to be given to students when they pick up their diploma the next week.
Chaperones/Volunteers: Dawn Ramsey
Recruit people to work as chaperones for the party. Need to decide on what areas to cover and who is responsible for each area – i.e., Food, pool, Toys, etc. Use Signup Genius to gather volunteers
Coordinate volunteers to help at the end of the night – ensure club is back to pre-party condition to get deposit back.
Each committee will be in charge of coordinating their area for set-up – coordinate with chaperone/Volunteer Committee for names.
