Weekend Away: Aug 29 - 31. Would you like to have a whole weekend to spin, weave, knit, crochet and just have some craft fun with friends? This year the Guild’s Weekend Away returns to the Apollon Motel at Victor Harbor, a popular venue. It is close to all the amenities in the town and we often have visitors from the South Coast group. I hope you will join us for the weekend. Newcomers are very welcome! The Weekend Away is early this year - August 29-31. We can check in from lunch time on Friday and leave around lunch time on Sunday. The cost for the weekend, which includes accommodation, breakfasts, dinners and all day tea/coffee is $265 for a share room or $307 for a single. Some of us will be going to Urimbirra Wildlife park for Sunday lunch - an optional extra. If you’d like to join us, a deposit of $100 is due by the June Guild Meeting (June 8th) with the remainder to be paid by August 2. Registration forms are in the Guild Hall - or ask to have one sent to you. Please let us know if you would like to share (or learn) a skill, have dietary or access needs or would like to share transport.
