  • The Hamline to Hamline Collaboration evaluates all of its programs.
  • It is required that you submit a report 2-3 times a year depending on your position or project.
  • It is critical that you provide feedback regarding your experiences in the Collaboration in order to improve the partnership.
  • Thank you for helping the Collaboration move forward!

Academic Pairings

  • Evaluate Your Pairing Report due: At the end of your pairing
 

Collaboration Executive Board

The Coordinator, Hamline Elementary Liaison, Hamline University Liaison, and Assistant to the Collaboration fill out each form together.
