Family Support & Admissions

Attention to detail is one of the many aspects that sets Hampton Court apart and makes us the best choice for families and caregivers. Our trained staff and administrators are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide you with helpful information and guidance at all times. Our goal is to create a seamless transition from the hospital to our facility and then home. We coordinate with you, your physician, insurance provider and family to ensure that every need is met. Multi-lingual Social Workers and Psychologists lead support groups. Family and individual counseling is also provided. We accept private paying patients as well as those with the following health plans:

Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and HMO's (see insurance tab for a list of HMO's we take).
