I am an assistant professor at the Department of Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering at Texas Tech University. Previously, I was a postdoc at the Department of Computational Applied Mathematics and Operations Research at Rice University. I received my Ph.D., MSc, and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Sharif University of Technology, and the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, respectively.
