I am a Principal Senior Scientist and Machine Learning Expert with the Control and Industrial Network Group, the Corporate Research Center, ABB, Sweden. In 2016, I received my PhD degree from School of Electrical Engineering, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden.

October 2020: I became Principal Senior Scientist in Control Theory, Machine Learning, and Optimization at ABB Corporate Research.
June 2018: I presented ''Novel Tools for Analyzing Asynchronous Optimization Algorithms'' at European Control Conference (ECC) in the ''Advances in Distributed and Large-scale Optimization'' Workshop.
January 2017: I Joined ABB Corporate Research as a Senior Scientist in Control Theory, Machine Learning, and Optimization.
September 2016: I was part of the data science team which developed large-scale machine learning models in Spark for predicting customer behavior.
January 2016: I defended my PhD thesis on Performance Analysis of Positive Systems and Optimization Algorithms with Time-delays with Peter Richtárik (University of Edinburgh) as the opponent and Maria Elena Valcher (University of Padova), Roy Smith (ETH University), and Claudio Altafini (Linköping University) as the evaluation committee.
June 2012: I, Themistoklis Charalambous and Mikael Johansson received the best paper award at IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 2012) for our paper ‘‘Contractive interference functions and rates of convergence of distributed power control laws’’.
