I am a tenured Economics and Public Policy professor at ESCP Business School (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris), Paris. I completed my PhD in Economics at CY Cergy Paris University in Dec 2018 and I qualified in the French PhD qualification exam "Campagne de qualification 2019 (Qualification de MCF)". I then obtained the HDR qualification (the highest degree in the French university system) in Economic Sciences in 2025.
I co-direct the "Affaires Publiques" specialization (with Yves Bertoncini) and teach in the Economics and Public Policy specialization. I also coordinate the Bachelor Macroeconomics program, and co-coordinate Pré-Master Economics I course at ESCP Business School. In addition, I supervise Master and Bachelor students in the preparation of their theses. In 2021, one of my students was selected for the best MiM thesis Award for the outstanding quality of his dissertation, after an assessment process conducted by the European Research Committee.
I have experience working as a researcher at the International Labour Organization (ILO), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Paris, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Washington D.C (where I continue to collaborate on various projects) and the Research Group on International Economics and Development (GREDI), Quebec, Canada.
