Hale Cook Fitness

Get fit at Hale Cook’s first Fall Fitness Friday from 5 to 7 pm with four sessions of 20 to 25 minute classes instructed by City GymBettyTillotson dance studioKansas City Parks and RecreationHagoya yoga and Brookside Soccer Club. Classes are designed for kids and adults. These groups and others will also be enrolling children and adults in classes, leagues and teams so that the whole family can get fit.
