Group fitness is the No.1 way to get fit and healthy and circuit training is an excellent way to
improve mobility, strength and stamina.  Park Circuit Training sessions are good quality super circuits
that will also help you to lose weight, tone up and improve your cardiovascular performance.
 
The circuits will run in Spring and Summer in the local parks, taking full advantage of the fresh air
and sunshine.  Hainsworth Fitness is starting with sessions on Thursday evenings and Sunday morning
- with more venues to be announced!
 
The sessions last for an hour and everyone is welcome - young & old, male & female and any fitness level.
 
Just £4.50 per session!
