Haejoon Jung received the B.S. degree (Hons.) from Yonsei University, South Korea, in 2008, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2010 and 2014, respectively, all in electrical engineering. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Wireless Systems Engineer at Apple, Cupertino, CA, USA. From 2016 to 2021, he was with Incheon National University, Incheon, South Korea. Since September 2021, he has been with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Kyung Hee University, as a Full Professor. His research interests include communication theory, wireless communications, wireless power transfer, and statistical signal processing. He was a recipient of the Haedong Young Scholar Award from the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (KICS) in 2022 and a co-recipient of the IEEE/KICS Journal of Communications and Networks (JCN) Best Paper Award in 2024. He serves as an Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, and ICT Express. He was an Exemplary Editor of IEEE Communications Letters in 2024 and 2025, a recipient of the 2024 IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems Associate Editor Recognition, and an Exemplary Editor of IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials in 2025.

정해준 박사는 2021년 9월 부터 경희대학교 전자공학과 교수로 재직중에 있습니다. 2008년에 연세대학교 전자전기공학부를 졸업하고, 미국 아틀란타에 위치한 조지아공대에서 석사 및 박사학위를 각각 2010년과 2014년에 취득하였습니다. 박사학위 이후에는 미국 캘리포니아주 쿠퍼티노에 위치한 애플에서 무선통신 시스템 엔지니어로 2년간 재직하였습니다. 2016년부터 2021년까지 인천대학교 정보통신공학과에 조교수 및 부교수로 근무하였습니다. 주요 연구 토픽으로는 communication theory, wireless communications, wireless power transfer, and statistical signal processing 등이 있습니다. 2022년 한국통신학회 해동 젊은공학인상(학술상)과 2024년 IEEE/KICS Journal of Communications and Networks (JCN) Best Paper Award를 수상하였습니다. 현재 IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, ICT Express에서 편집위원을 맡고 있습니다. 그리고 Exemplary Editor of IEEE Communications Letters (2024, 2025), Exemplary Editor of IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials (2025) 및 IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems Associate Editor Recognition (2024)에 선정되었습니다.
