Time and Stress Management Workshop **RSVP Required**

When: Wednesday, November 9th, 10-11:30 am (breakfast served at 9:30 am)
Speakers: Zan Barry and Lauren Mayhew 
Description: This session will focus on tools for stress resilience and time management. Activities will include self-assessments, self-management techniques and strategies, and relaxation and mindfulness practices to reduce stress. Learn about resources available at MIT and ways to continue self-care when life gets stressful. Led by Zan Barry and Lauren Mayhew, program managers in Community Wellness at MIT Medical.
Speaker Bios
Zan Barry:

Zan Barry is a Senior Program Manager in Community Wellness at MIT Medical. Her community health programs at MIT include stress reduction, sleep, and healthy lifestyle coaching. She has a master's degree in education and developmental psychology and is a yoga instructor.

Lauren Mayhew:

Lauren Mayhew is a Program Manager and Wellness Coach with Community Wellness at MIT Medical. She provides one-on-one counseling, workshops, and groups on quitting smoking and stress management. She has an M.B.A. and professional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and yoga.
