Welcome to the Website of the
Green Valley Elementary School PTA!

Green Valley Elementary School is located on the southeastern edge of Frederick County, bordering Montgomery and Carroll counties. There are approximately 375 students enrolled from Monrovia, Frederick, Ijamsville, Clarksburg, New Market, and Mount Airy. GVES is a community school where students, staff, and parents value education and have formed a coalition to provide a positive environment for learning. GVES boasts an active Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and volunteer corps that annually contribute thousands of hours. Being a member of the PTA is a rewarding way to meet other parents/guardians in our school community and a way for you to make a difference in your child’s elementary school experience!

The GVES motto is "Teach, Believe, Achieve!" and the school has a reputation for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please join us as we work together to make GVES a happy and productive place to work and learn.

Check out our Business Friends, who so graciously supported us during the Race for Education 2016!

Thank you for your support
