I am an Economist working in the research division at CAF - Development Bank of Latin America in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I work on political economy and development topics more broadly. I did my PhD at CEMFI in Madrid, and my BA at Universidad de Carabobo in my birth town of Valencia, Venezuela.
