Gursharan Bhue

I am a Senior Economist, working at Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. I work on litigation cases with a specialization in valuation, damages, securities class action, capital markets, and derivatives issues. I have conducted analyses involving a broad range of financial issues including mergers & acquisitions, counterfactual drug prices, damages associated with ERISA litigation, capital structure, and valuation of derivatives and guarantees in fixed income capital markets.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, I worked as an Economist at Keystone Strategy. I graduated with a Ph.D. in Finance and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

My research interests are in the field of Corporate Finance, Financial Intermediation, and Valuation.
