      Guoqiang Yu has joined Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an associate professor since 2017. He received the B.Sc. degree from Jilin University, Changchun, China in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree from Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China in 2012.  Then, he worked in the Department of Electrical Engineering at UCLA as a postdoctoral researcher from 2012 to 2017.
