Dues & Donations

It's that time of the year!

Our goal is to collect dues for the 2017 year before the end of March so that we may plan for the upcoming year.

Your dues go towards maintenance of the community center and community property, including annual insurance of more than $2,500/year and utilities for the community center.

Other community events, such at the Christmas party, are paid for through generous neighborly donations and fundraising events.

Annual dues are $50 per household. Also, we are always open to accepting additional donations of any amount, and appreciate your generosity.

There are four ways to pay your dues and/or donate:

  1. At the door before any community meeting - our first Quarterly Meeting of 2017 will be March 8, 2017 at 7:00pm
  2. Mail a check to:  GMPOA, P.O. Box 1384, Lorton, VA 22199
  3. Email the GMPOA Board at GMPOAboard@gmail.com and a board member is happy to come by and pick up your payment. 
  4. Pay online via PayPal by clicking on the link on the Gunston Manor website (note, online payments are an additional $5 to cover the PayPal fee).
