charity hockey game

Saturday, November 6th – 10am @ the Sleeman Centre

On Saturday, November 6th at 10am the inaugural ‘Storm the Giants’ fundraiser will be taking place at the Sleeman Centre.  The event will showcase Guelph Storm players playing a charitable game alongside members of the Guelph Giants Hockey Club.  The Giants are a team of intellectually disabled athletes who will be showcasing their skills with their local heroes in a fun-filled exhibition.  Our charity gives disabled individuals the opportunity to experience playing hockey, being part of a team, demonstrating sportsmanship, and increasing self-esteem.

Tickets will be available at the gate on the morning of the game.

$5 per adult, $2 for kids & students

(all proceeds go to benefit the guelph giants special hockey foundation)
