About Us

The School Advisory Council shall meet monthly during the school year and keep written public record (minutes) of its normal business on file in the school office.


The responsibilities of the School Advisory Council shall be to:


·      Collaborate with Pastoral Council in the development and review of the school’s mission and philosophy.

·      Recommend school policies to the pastor for approval.

·      Approve short- and long-range financial, development, marketing and facility plans for Guardian Angel – St. Boniface School.

·      Offer advice to the principal on appropriate issues he/she brings to the Council.

·      Review annual school calendar.

·      Review the school budget in light of the school’s mission, philosophy and policies.

·      Communicate with the Diocesan School Advisory Council.

·      Charter committees as necessary for the exercise of its scope of responsibilities.
