GEA Annual meeting, June 6th, elections June 13th

Dear Members:

Our annual GEA member meeting will be held on June 6th beginning promptly at 3:05 PM in the Penn Brook Library.  At this meeting we will be updating membership on important items, which will include: potential by-law changes, GEA Election ballot information and GEA election information.

Any member that is interested in running for a GEA position, please forward your name to me by Thursday, May 30th to be placed on the ballot.  Nominations from the floor at our annual meeting are also accepted.  The GEA Positions are all one year positions and are as follows:

Building Representatives
Vice President and 

If any member has a by law proposal change, please forward the proposal change to me by Thursday, May 30th.

Our GEA elections will be done electronically again this year and will be occurring on Thursday, June 13th.  All GEA Election information will be sent to your personal email accounts.
