Become a blanketeer! Blankets can be quilted, crocheted, knitted, or made from a single layer of fleece, using a variety of techniques to create a finished edge. Look through our web pages for ideas and patterns. Participate in Club Linus (click here for schedule) to help us collect blankets from our drop-off locations, inspect, label and package blankets for distribution, and deliver blankets to hospitals and social service agencies. Donate blanket-making supplies Donations of 100% cotton fabric (quilt quality), fleece, yarn, thread, or other blanket-making supplies and tools are accepted at the Saturday Club Linus meetings (see here for schedule). You may also contact the Chapter Coordinator at (651) 503-7851 or at coordinator@gtcaprojectlinus.org to make arrangements. Does your employer or organization have a grant program or fundraising activity for non-profit organizations? If so, please contact them to benefit the Project Linus GTCA Chapter! Many employers will make a monetary contribution to "match" volunteer hours contributed by their employees.
