If so, this video is for you. The video is produced by the Missouri Quilt Company. They use a charm pack (5-inch squares) in the video, but any size square should work. Fusing Batting Pieces Together Don't throw out those extra pieces of batting! Fusing is the only way to go! Purchase a couple yards of lightweight fusible ("iron on") interfacing and cut it into 1-1/2" strips. You will get what seems like a mile from 2 yards. Slice off any raggedy edges from the batting, butt the 2 pieces of batting together, and center the interfacing strip over the cut line. Fuse down and you're ready to roll. The splice is undetectable in the finished quilt.
