Colette Cassinelli

Hello GCTs - I attended GTA at Googleplex June 2008. My name is Colette Cassinelli and I am a high school teacher librarian and multimedia teacher at private Catholic high school in near Portland, Oregon. I have over 20 years of teaching experiences in grades K-12. I completed my Master’s of Arts in Educational Technology at Pepperdine University in 2007 plus I have a Library Media endorsement.

My passion is learning new things. I love to read, travel, listen to music and talk! I share my wonderful life with my husband and two sons.

I am always on the lookout for great web resources and teaching ideas to use in my high school computers class or to share with my faculty during professional development workshops. Besides the Library, I teach a new multimedia/web design class at my school so please share lessons or resources!

I have presented at several conferences including the Instructional Technology Strategies Conference (ITSC), Northwest Council for Computer Education (NCCE), the Innovative Learning Conference in San Jose ,the National Catholic Education Association conference in Anaheim, the National Educational Computer Conference (NECC) in Washington DC  – and the  International Society of Technology in Education conference (ISTE) in Denver & Philadelphia.
All of my Google resources that I share at workshop presentations can be found at
