Bear Sauce

This is a BBQ sauce my Dad passed down to me with just a couple modifications. If you like a vinegar based BBQ sauce as opposed to a tomato based sauce....just give this a try. 
Take the first 6 ingredients and puree them well in a food processor. Combine the puree mixture with all remaining ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. 

1/2 Cup Butter - melted
1 small Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Horseradish
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Bottle (24oz) Catsup
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
3 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke    
1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
