            Perform dumbbell squats. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Turn your palms facing up and hold the dumbbells by your side.


            Bend your knees in imitation of a sitting motion. Keep your back upright. Perform this motion slowly. Pay attention such that your knees do not cross the line of your toes.


Bend till your thighs are parallel to the ground, then stretch back up. Do at least 30reps.


Terminate your squats with a hamstring stretch. Lie on your back and extend one leg up. Use your towel to pull your feet towards your chest. Change your legs and repeat the exercise.


Perform Lunges.


Stand up with your feet together. Hold dumbbells by your sides. Take a huge step forward with your left leg. Then slowly lower your right leg to the floor. Bend until your left knee is at 90degrees to the floor.


Press into your left foot and push yourself back into the starting position. Repeat the motions with your right foot. Make sure your back remains upright throughout the exercise.
