We provide general building construction services for residential and commercial building projects, whether they involve new construction, additions, renovations or alterations.

Milton Gregory "Greg" Grew, AIA is the managing partner and CEO. He is also a licensed architect and CEO of Grew Design, Inc., an architectural design firm. Most projects that Grew Construction builds are designed by Grew Design, however, we are available and willing to build to designs by others.

Grew Construction LLC is licensed in Connecticut as a home improvement contractor and new home construction contractor.

We have the capability to handle any size project, large or small, throughout the state of Connecticut.

Grew Construction LLC maintains a solid network and has close working relationships with dependable, high quality subcontractors for all trades including excavation, foundations, framing, roofing and siding, finish carpentry, masonry, cabinetry, tile, flooring, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning. So we are able to provide a complete package of construction services with a solid team.

Current Projects

Residential Project in Sherman, CT
A family has purchased an 1890 eyebrow Colonial. We are going to take down the partial second floor and build an expanded full height second floor plus attic with steep roofs. When complete the house will be a Garrison Colonial with the second floor and roof gables slightly stepped out. Construction will begin in April and take about five months. Design and construction drawings were prepared by Grew Design, Inc.

Upcoming Projects

Residential Remodeling in Southbury, CT
At present plans are being prepared for a new front porch, master suite alterations, window and door replacements, kitchen remodeling and other work for home in Southbury. Construction will begin in Spring 2011.
