Here is a tutorial for making a super-articulated 1:18th scale Boba Fett figure.
Parts Needed:
Microman figure
Gentle Giant Bust Ups Boba Fett - You can also use a Hasbro Boba Fett figure
Dremel and drill bits
Xacto Knife
Super Glue
Paints (I recommend Games Workshop brand acrylic paints)
Primer (Again, I recommend Games Workshop brand spray primer)
Games Workshop brand "Greenstuff" 2-part epoxy putty
Piece of fabric
Fake credit card
Embroidery floss (or any thin string) - dark brown, light brown, tan
Step 1: Gather parts/disassemble figure:

Step 2: Cut away the excess material of the belt, armor, gauntlets, etc. Dremel the pieces to further remove any material you were unable to cut away with the Xacto knife. Test fit the pieces continuously to ensure they fit over the base body.
The armor will become very thin, so be careful when using your dremel.
Fill in Boba Fett's helmet with Greenstuff putty and stick a toothpick into the center so the helmet will fit snugly over the Microman neck peg.

Step 3: Use Super Glue to attach the armor pieces to the Microman base body. Be careful here - any slip of super glue will cause the figure's articulation to fuse together. Remember to test fit the pieces before gluing! Remember, you only need a tiny drop of super glue to secure the piece.
Use Greenstuff putty to add some details like the shin and thigh pouches.
Cut a fake credit card into 2 small trapezoids. These will serve as the shoulder pads. Glue them onto the shoulders.
Step 4: Prime the figure. Remember, when using spray paint, spray the figure in a well ventilated area.
Step 5: Begin painting! Paint the grey jumpsuit first. Then paint the details (green armor, red gauntlets, yellow knee pads/shoulder pads, and the jetpack and helmet).
Step 6: Finish painting the details.
Cut a square piece of fabric approximately 4" on each side. Paint (or draw) a line on one end. Fold the fabric diagonally in half or in thirds. Super glue the narrow end of the fabric onto the base of the neck of the figure.
Braid three separate strands of embroidery floss into 4-5" lengths. Do this three times (once for the dark brown floss, once for the light brown floss, and once for the tan floss). Fold them in half and glue the folded part onto the right shoulder. These will serve as the Wookiee braids.
Now you're all finished!
