Dr. Gregory M. Francom is a Professor of E-Learning at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He prepares pre-service teachers to successfully use educational technology for learning. Dr. Francom has researched and implemented project-based and constructionist learning experiences for K-12 and higher education students. He completed his Doctorate in Learning, Design, and Technology at the University of Georgia. He also currently holds a bachelor's degree in media arts studies from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in instructional technology from Utah State University.
