Record Date for Annual Meeting

Dear GGAHOA Property Owners,

When GGAHOA mailed statements to property owners in May 2016, the invoices contained the following statement:  

“A property owner must be a member in order to vote in HOA elections and to participate in HOA sponsored events.  Membership fees must be up to date at least 10 days prior to any election.  Annual meeting will be held in October 2016.”

The  GGAHOA Board has voted to set the Record Date for determining the voting members of Green Glen Acres Homeowners Association to Monday, October 17, 2016. Payments received in the GGAHOA Post Office box through Monday, October 17, 2016 will be processed and the GGAHOA Membership list will be updated accordingly. 

The membership list will be used to determine and provide the correct number of voting forms required at the Annual Meeting. 

Membership payments will not be accepted at the Annual Meeting which will be held on October 29, 2016.
