There were some challenges within the postal system that resulted in multiple local residents receiving their HOA statements a few months after they were given to the post office. If you have not received a statement, contact the HOA Board at firstname.lastname@example.org and request one.
The Annual Meeting will be held October 29, 2016. Payments will not be accepted at the Annual Meeting. Payments must be received and processed no later than October 17, 2016 so that a Record Date can be set.
When GGAHOA mailed statements to property owners in May 2016, the invoices contained the following statement:
“A property owner must be a member in order to vote in HOA elections and to participate in HOA sponsored events. Membership fees must be up to date at least 10 days prior to any election. Annual meeting will be held in October 2016.”
Payments received in the GGAHOA Post Office box through October 17, 2016 will be processed and the GGAHOA Membership list will be updated accordingly. The membership list will be used to determine and provide the correct number of voting forms required at the Annual Meeting.
