Registration

Registration will take place on Saturdays March 3rd from 9:00-11:00 am at the Greendale High School Multi-purpose room and March 17th from 9:00 - 11:00 am in Room 143 inside Greendale High School.

1.  Cost is $105 per player.
2.  An additional $100 refundable deposit for equipment and volunteering is required. 
3.  A total of $205 will be collected at registration.  Cash and check only.  (Please make check(s) out to "GYFL.")
4.  Players will also be required to sell 50 raffle tickets ($100) over the summer. Raffle ticket money will be collected at the equipment handout in August.  More information to come.
 
Prior to registration :
  • Parents and players must read the Concussion Facts Sheet (below).
  • Print out and sign the Parent Athlete Concussion Agreement (below). Both parents and players must sign.
  • Print out and complete the AAYFL Registration Form (below).
