Green Bean Casserole

2 lb fresh green beans (Remove Green Bean Tips and cut Green Beans in half)

1 tablespoon of olive oil for sauté

1/2 cup of chopped shallot

1/2 cup of chopped yellow onion

2 (10oz cans) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup of milk

1 6oz package of French's Fried Onions ( divided ) half in casserole sauce and half sprinkled on top of casserole.

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon of crushed peppercorns
