Pineapple Jalapeño Coleslaw

SLAW:
4 Cups Finely Shredded White Cabbage
2 Jalapeños, finely diced
1 "Ancient Sweets" Red Pepper or 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
1 cup pineapple, medium dice (slightly smaller than "tidbit" pineapple)

DRESSING:
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
1 TBS Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar

Whisk dressing ingredients well. Pour over slaw ingredients and fold together well. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight meld the flavors, mixing well before serving.
