Jungle Gym Update!
From Casey: Folks, we are calling off the 2nd session for Gymcats. If you are still on your way for the first session, don't worry, we will take care of your Gymcat when they get here. We will pick up shirts if you ordered them. Since the meet is not officially canceled, there will be no refunds but we can't in good conscience ask parents to drive in these conditions as it is expected to get worse. |
Gymcat Awards Volunteers
For those families that have NOT fulfilled their volunteer sessions, the sign-up is now available under the "Volunteer Sign-Up" tab to the left. We are asking that ONLY those families that have not met their requirement sign-up to assist with Awards night. These families have been contacted by Cindy Krotzer, Kim Frantz or Casey. Please make every effort to get signed up for a session. Remember, "Many Hands Make Light Work". Thank you in advance for your help, it is much appreciated! |
Practice Update
This Saturday May 20th the C Practice will be from 2:00-4:00 (ending 1/2 hr early) due to a scheduling conflict. Please plan accordingly! ONLY C PRACTICE IS CHANGING. Thanks! |
New Calendar/Email Address
In the past we had multiple accounts that had to be used to access the Website, emails and calendar updates. In an effort to simplify life, we have created a new email address and calendar. The new email address will be an easy way for you to contact Casey or The Parents Association with questions pertaining to the Gymcat schedules, events, practices, etc. The new email address: GTYGymcats@gmail.com In order for you to see the most up-to-date calendar you will need to sync the new Google Calendar to your devices. The directions with step by step details can be found under the calendar tab. If you have any questions or concerns, please email the above address and we will get back to you ASAP. |
