ABOUT ME  


I am an Associate Professor of Logic and Philosophy of Science at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo, within the Department of Pure and Applied Sciences. My specialization is Logic and Computer Science, the Foundations of Geometry, and the History and Philosophy of Logic. My research spans the Philosophy of Science, Epistemology, and the History of Science.

I hold a Ph.D. in Logic and Epistemology from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and have received National Scientific Qualifications for Associate Professorship in Italy. My academic contributions include numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, edited volumes, and books focusing on theoretical and applied aspects of logic and philosophy.

I teach Logic and Computer Science, Semantic Web, and Foundations of Logic courses at the University of Urbino. I have also served in various administrative roles.

My academic career is complemented by visiting appointments at prestigious institutions such as the University of Coimbra and the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science. I am actively involved in several national and international research projects and am a member of prominent Italian and international associations dedicated to logic and the philosophy of science.
