Haiku Knickknacks

These photographs show various haiku-related trinkets or other objects I have at home, or have occasionally seen elsewhere. Much more to come. Haiku Knickknacks

Bashō’s “furuike ya kawazu tobikomu mizu no oto” haiku on a coffee mug
(“old pond— / a frog jumps / into the sound of water”).

In 2007, a number of my winter haiku were made into a Christmas ornament
as a fundraiser for the 2008 Burning Word poetry festival.
