Pre-Run Check In and Briefing

The pre-run check in and briefing will be held in the Mechanics Hall on Friday 23 October 2020.
Runners will be able to check in and collect their numbers, etc, and also hand in drop bags, from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.
MANDATORY briefing will run from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  This is compulsory for all runners and failure to attend will result in disqualification.
We have a group booking at the Apollo Bay Hotel from 7:30pm after the briefing on Friday night for an informal dinner. Numbers were taken during online registration but no payment was made as this will be a pay-as-you-go directly at the bar. This is a voluntary part of the proceedings but is a great opportunity to catch up with other runners and is very popular and heavily subscribed.

Run Day Check In

Runners must assemble before the run start on Saturday 19 October from 5:00am for the roll call at 5:20am. All runners must be present at the start by 5:20am.  No drop bags can be taken at this time apart from your finish-line bag. We will meet out the front of the Apollo Bay Hotel this year.

Breakfast & Presentations 

Breakfast at 8:30am at the Port Campbell Surf Life Savings Club on the waterfront of Port Campbell, just down the street from the Hostel. Breakfast tickets should have been purchased during online registration at $25 per person. The presentations for finishers and the winners will also be conducted after breakfast at approximately 9am.
