Lynne Fleming

Mrs. Fleming earned her associate's degree from Gulf Coast State College, bachelor's degree from Warner University, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in public administration from the University of West Florida. She also holds both a CDA and Director Credential. Before joining the staff at GSLELC, Mrs. Fleming spent 27 years as a police officer, working as a sergeant, lieutenant, and captain with the Florida Highway Patrol. Mrs. Fleming is a long-time member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church where she sings in the choir and plays in the church handbell choir. Over the years, she has worked with the church's youth and served on several boards including the Good Shepherd School Board, which she has been a member of since 1998. Mrs. Fleming began her career at GSLELC in 2013 when she was hired as a classroom aide and then became the center's director in 2015. Mrs. Fleming is a mother of four and grandmother of eight grandchildren between the ages of 4 and 17. 

Karen Aguirre

Mrs. Aguirre has a CDA and earned her associate degree in business. She first came to Good Shepherd Lutheran Early Learning Center in 1991 when her daughter was enrolled in our K-3 program. She began her career with GSLELC as an after care aide, but has also worked as a classroom aide and teacher before moving into the office where she currently serves as an administrator. Her mission is to support, assist, coordinate, and communicate with students and their families, as well as with staff members.
