Flour blend

 ½ cup sorghum flour

1 cup brown rice flour

 ½ cup Sweet rice flour

 ½ cup Expandex Modified Tapioca starch

 1/3 cup dry milk powder

2 Tablespoon whole grain corn flour

 ½ cup Potato starch

2 Tablespoon yeast

 ¼ cup hi-maize Corn Fiber

1 ½ teaspoon salt


WET INGREDIENTS

 ¼ cup butter melted

 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk

2 ½ cup Plus 2 Tablespoons warm water

1/8  cup sugar

3 Tablespoon whole psyllium husk

1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
