Welcome, and thank you for choosing to join or renew your annual membership to the Gonzaga Mothers Club (GMC).  

The GMC is open to mothers, guardians of Gonzaga students, and those friends and benefactors of the school who wish to participate in or contribute to the Mothers Club Activities. 

How to Register or Renew Your Annual GMC Membership:

All New Mothers of the Class of 2021, you can process your GMC Membership Fee and pay for ALL FOUR YEARS.

Same goes with Classes of 2020 and 2019, pay for your remaining years and don't worry about having to renew your GMC Membership Fee year after year.

Once you join or renew your annual membership you will be connected with the GMC!

 Receive the monthly e-Newsletter, and emails with news and information

Attend the GMC meetings held every second Wednesday of the month in the cafeteria

Learn about opportunities to help with activities which support our sons and the Gonzaga community

Enjoy the support and friendship of other Gonzaga Moms who will share information and sage advice

Know the appreciation of both our wonderful sons and the entire Gonzaga community.

Your membership donation is renewable annually or now can be paid in full for your total years at Gonzaga.


Special Events

Welcome Back Faculty and Staff Luncheon (August 21, 2017) 

Help set up, decorate, serve and clean up at a luncheon for Gonzaga faculty and staff.

New Families Welcome Picnic (August 22, 2017)

Help set up and serve refreshments for incoming freshmen and transfer parents and students.

Mass of Thanksgiving (November 12, 2017)

Help set up and clean up the reception that follows Mass.

Open House Hostess (November 19, 2017)

Greet potential new parents and their sons at Gonzaga’s annual Open House.

Mother-Son Celebration (March 4, 2018)

Help plan this special event and/or set up and decorate the day before for the Mother-Son brunch which follows Mass.

International Food Fair (April 25, 2018)

Send in food donation and/or help to organize, re-heat, sell and serve food donations during this fundraiser for Gonzaga’s Foreign Language Department.

Summer Send Off Faculty and Staff Luncheon (May 30, 2018)

Help set up, decorate, serve and clean up at a luncheon for Gonzaga faculty and staff.

Baccalaureate Reception (June 2, 2018)

Help decorate, set up and clean up a beautiful reception for families of graduating seniors after the Baccalaureate Mass.

New Mothers Luncheon (June 6,  2018)

Help decorate, set up, welcome new moms, and clean up at the luncheon for incoming Moms.




Back to School Night (September 7, 2017)

Send in sweet or salty snacks for parents.

Freshmen/Sophomore/Junior Counseling Nights (Fall 2017 and Spring 2018)

Send in sweet or salty snacks or sandwiches for freshmen, sophomore, and junior parent meetings.

Parent Snacks for Parent/Teacher Conferences (October 26, 2017, January 11,  2018,  March 3, 2018)

Send in sweet or salty snacks for parents attending conferences.

Faculty Dinner before Parent/Teacher Conferences (October 26, 2017, January 11, 2018, March 3, 2018)

Help set up, serve and clean up meals for faculty prior to Parent Teacher Conferences.

Faculty Treats (October 20167 – May 2018)

Help to provide breakfast to our faculty and staff on the first Friday of most months, except September and December.


Service Opportunities 

McKenna Center (November 2017 - April 2018)

Make a meal for 10 – 12 men between November and April; and/or collect toiletries and needed items; and/or help with McKenna Center bake sale dates (usually October and April)

Get Acquainted Parties (August, September, October 2017)

Upperclassman parents host a get-together for new Gonzaga parents and/or families.

Student Christmas Cards and Treats (December 6, 2017)

Send in dessert treats and/or Christmas cards for students; and/or help to distribute treats and assist students in signing Christmas cards for nursing home residents during school day.

Freshman Retreat (January 12, 13, 14, 2018)

Donate and/or serve meals throughout the Freshman Retreat weekend and during student leader training in weeks prior to the retreat; and/or transport freshmen during the afternoon.

Mother’s Day Flowers (May 10, 2018)

Send in flowers for residents of JB Johnson Nursing Home and/or help with delivery of flowers by Gonzaga students.

Mentor for New Families (Summer and Fall 2017) Contact new Gonzaga families individually to welcome and support them in their first year.

Family Support (as needed throughout the year)

Deliver treats to students who are ill or injured and prepare meals for Gonzaga families in need.

Adopt a Family (Nov-Dec 2017)

Shop for and wrap gifts for a needy family using a family wish list provided by Campus Ministry; can be done with other Gonzaga moms, neighbors, or sports groups/clubs.



GMC Ignatian Reflection and Prayer Group. (September-May)

A morning prayer and reflection group held on the second Friday of the month for mothers and guardians who desire a better understanding of Ignatian spirituality through books, conversation and prayer.



Christmas Gala – December 2, 2017

(Summer and Fall 2017) Solicit donations, sell ads or sponsorships for the program, address invitations, decorate, help set-up on 12/1 or work the night of the Gala.   Learn more  at
