We're a family-run farm dedicated to growing fresh natural vegetables, from our farm straight to your table.
We are now accepting new memberships for our summer CSA (community supported agriculture) shares, which begin May 3, 2014. The pickup location is the Saratoga Farmers Market outdoor location on High Rock Avenue in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Summer shares feature a variety of seasonal vegetables, such as salad greens, arugula, cucumbers, eggplant, kohlrabi, parsnips, parsley, cilantro, herbs, sugar snap peas, beans, rhubarb, okra, potatoes (red, yellow, purple and fingerling) , onions (red, yellow and green) squash, celeriac, leeks, peas, tomatillos, kale (three varieties), Swiss chard, collard greens, peppers and tomatoes (many heirloom varieties).
We also plan to offer strawberries in June and melons beginning in July!
All of our produce is naturally grown, using organic seeds, no pesticides or herbicides, and absolutely no synthetic or animal fertilizers!
