Mr. Tsui has many years of hospitality and management experience dated from the 70’s. His experience across North America, Western Europe and Asia , from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Southern and Eastern Ontario, Northern England and Hong Kong & China; including Fish & Chip Stall, Casual Cafe’, Pizza House, Chinese and Western Cuisine Restaurant. He has been a certified Bartender since 1975. Moreover, Mr. Tsui is also an HR/IT professional with much seasoned experience and held various senior positions from property management sector, major transportation utility and multinational financial institution.
Jack C. Wong, Advisory Chef
Chef Jack has over 35 years of chef experience in North, Central and South America, from the Ottawa Valley to Toronto, New York, New Jersey, Boston, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, specialized in Authentic Chinese Cuisine. You will certainly be back, after you tasted any of his delicious famous specialties, which include the spicy General Tso's Chicken, Hot & Sour Soup, the tasty Singapore Noodle, and others.
