Fall Community Cleanup

posted Oct 29, 2009, 12:12 AM by GMSA UST

Serving as a Community Cleanup Volunteer is a great opportunity to give back to those in need in our community. More than 300 students rake leaves in the yards of elderly neighbors of the St. Paul campus.  Many clubs and organizations participate in Community Cleanup as a way to earn service hours.
Community Cleanup occurs two times a year (fall and spring) on Sunday afternoons from 1 - 4 p.m.
Volunteers meet outside the Alumni Center on the day of the event to receive directions to the assigned home and supplies. Snacks and beverages are available for all volunteers during registration.FREE Davanni's Pizza after cleanup.
