1. Supports the site's purposes and believes it is making important contributions.
2. Is able to provide suggestions for the site as well as content (GMH resources and updates).
3. Will have it's organisation's name and web link included on the site as an Organizational Endorser
(logo and brief description are also possible).
4. Is welcome to include information and a link about GMH-Map on its own website.
Centre for Global Mental Health. The Centre for Global Mental Health (CGMH) is a collaboration between London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and King’s Health Partners (incorporating King’s College London), including the Institute of Psychiatry and three of London’s most successful NHS Foundation Trusts. The vision of the Centre is to foster research and capacity building in policy, prevention, treatment and care with the ultimate objective of closing the treatment gap for people living with mental, neurological, and substance use disorders.
Member Care Associates, Inc. Member Care Associates Inc. (MCA) is a non-profit organisation working internationally from the USA and Geneva. MCA works in personnel development for mission/aid workers, humanitarian psychology, and global mental health. Services include consultation, training, research, developing resources, and publications.
Movement for Global Mental Health. The Movement for Global Mental Health (MGMH) is a network of individuals and organisations committed to improving the availability, access and quality of services for people with mental disorders worldwide. Particular emphasis is placed on low- and middle-income countries where effective services are often scarce. Two principles are fundamental to the Movement: scientific evidence and human rights.
NGO Forum for Health, Geneva. The NGO Forum for Health (NFH) is a Geneva-based consortium of health organizations, committed to promoting human rights and quality care in global health. Our origins lie in the 1978 Alma Ata Conference on Primary Health Care.The Forum’s mission is to contribute to making health for all a reality by advocating for the protection and realization of the right to health; by promoting equity and justice in access to health for all persons at all stages of their life; and by promoting healthy life choices.
World Federation for Mental Health. The World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) is an international membership organization founded in 1948 to advance, among all peoples and nations, the prevention of mental and emotional disorders, the proper treatment and care of those with such disorders, and the promotion of mental health. Its organizational and individual membership includes mental health workers of all disciplines, consumers of mental health services, family members, and concerned citizens. The organization’s broad and diverse membership (from over 100 countries) makes possible collaboration among governments and non-governmental organizations to advance the cause of mental health services, research, and policy advocacy worldwide.
