Julia M. Gauglitz, Ph.D.
   Dr. Julia Gauglitz is a postdoctoral scholar in the laboratory of 
Pieter C. Dorrestein at UCSD. In April 2017, shortly after
joining the lab, she started the Global 
FoodOmics project. 
Prior to joining the
 Dorrestein lab, 
she was an NSF postdoctoral 
research f
ellow at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. 
   Julia earned her Ph.D. as an NSF awarded graduate 
research 
fellow at the University of California, 
Santa Barbara.

Morgan Panitchpakdi
Morgan Panitchpakdi is a staff researcher in Prof. 
Dorrestein's lab. She has a bachelor's in Biochemistry 
and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.

Chrissy Aceves
Chrissy Aceves is a senior undergraduate currently 
pursuing Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry / Chemistry 
at UC San Diego. She has background in psychology 
and computer science.

Francesca Di Ottavio
Francesca is a Ph.D. student at the University of Teramo 
and has been a visiting graduate student in the Dorrestein lab 
since 2017. She received her Masters in analytical chemistry 
from the University of Rome in 2014, graduating first class 
with honors. She has worked previously in research related to 
pesticides and the chemical safety of foods.

Elizabeth Brown
Elizabeth Brown grew up in the San Francisco bay area and 
is now second year undergraduate student at UC San Diego. 
She is majoring in General Biology and hopes to pursue a career
 in 
research in the future.

Nicole Sikora
Nicole Sikora is originally from Poland and is currently a second-year undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology at the University of California, San Diego. She aspires to further her understanding in the field of Biology through research.
