Who We Are


The Global FoodOmics Project is based out of Pieter Dorrestein's lab at the University of California, San Diego. It is a multidisciplinary collaborative effort between the Dorrestein, Dutton and Knight labs. The Global FoodOmics Project was established by Dr. Julia M. Gauglitz, a postdoctoral research in Professor Dorrestein's group, in spring of 2017.
