Shop or donate at the local PTA thrift stores, and help support our school!

The PTA Thrift Shop has two resale stores in Chapel Hill and Carrboro that accept donations of, and sell, a range of donated goods and treasures from clothing to furniture. Started in 1952, it has donated more than $5 million over the last 15 years to local public schools through the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for each school. The organization also serves local adults, children, and families by using its resources to fund educational needs and support human services. The PTA TS is Green Plus Certified and drives economic and community development.

The recently renovated Carrboro facility is located at 125 W. Main St., at the corner of Main Street and Jones Ferry Rd. Retail and Donation Center hours are Mon-Sat, 8:30am-6:00pm (closed Sunday). Call 919-942-6565 for more information.

The Chapel Hill facility is located at 103 S. Elliott Rd in the Village Plaza shopping center, next door to Whole Foods. Retail hours are Mon-Sat, 8:30am-6:00pm (including the donations center) and Sundays from 1:00-6:00pm (donation center is closed on Sundays).
