I received my PhD in Economics from Florida State University with a year visiting  The Ohio State University and two years at the University of Innsbruck in Innsbruck, Austria. I am happy to be in a great department at the University of Central Missouri; back where it all began (my Bachelor's is from UCM). My research is primarily centered around the productivity of workers and collective action which spans the fields of Personnel and Organizational EconomicsExperimental Economics, Behavioral Economics,  Labor Economics, and Applied Game Theory with secondary interests in Industrial Organization, Public Economics and Environmental Economics.
